Come watch some of the best Chefs in town compete at Charleston’s Inaugural Hop Chef Competition! We’ve partnered these Masters of Culinary Might with some of our favorites Sultans of Suds both locally and regionally to bring you a night of food and drink that you won’t soon forget.
Tickets $70 including tax with a $5 or $10 optional selection to donate to Little Chef Big Chef by Louie's Kids.
Chefs will cook live on site
Chefs will be required to incorporate their partnered brewery’s beer into their dish
Brewery crew will be on site to chat up all things beer
This isn’t a “beer-centric cuisine” event. These chefs have been chosen because of what they bring to the table!
Confirmed participants: Hall’s Signature Events, 2Nixons, Rebel Taqueria, CudaCo, Cherrywood BBQ & Ale House, Indaco, and Tobin’s Market
Featured Breweries: Southern Barrel (Cherrywood BBQ), Commonhouse (Rebel Taqueria), New Belgium (Halls), Columbia Craft (2Nixons), Estuary (CudaCo), Sycamore (Indaco), and Wild Leap (Tobin’s Market)
Vote for your favorite dish to crown the “People’s Champ”, there will also be a local celebrity panel of judges: Parker Milner (CHS City Paper), Brandon Plyler (Edmund’s Oast), Brannon Florie (Florie’s Dining Group)
